Here at AccSoft we give our customers the best value for money. We offer several support services to help clients in Training and Maintenance. We also maintain a dedicated hotline for our customers to assist them with any issues they may be facing regarding our products and Services.

Training Support

We deliver high quality training to our clients through hands on experience and step-by-step on the job training. Each customer will have a dedicated training staff that will be responsible for the complete implementation of a project. Once the initial studies are carried out, the implementation phase will commence. One implementation is complete, training will be carried out with utmost care, to ensure that all relevant parties are thorough with the system and it’s functional areas.


We constantly update and upgrade our software to so that it delivers the best in performance and reliability. Our software is designed to be fully compliant with statutory regulations in Sri Lanka and if any changes are made in these regulations we will update our software to reflect the new changes.

Once the software is implemented we continue support our customers by way of a maintenance agreement. This includes trouble shooting, additional training of staff, Remote support etc.
